- What qualifies for FREE SHIPPING?
We ship equipment orders with totals of $500.00 USD or more for FREE in the Contiguous US when all items are ordered and shipped together. This includes accessories items ordered and shipped with your equipment purchase. Free Shipping
does not include any speical requirements by the purchaser. If you require additional
shipping service items such as liftgate, residential delivery or carrier unloading there
may be additional charges due at the time of delivery. We can at the purchaser's request
make arrangements for any such service prior to shipping, but we will require any
additional shipping services to be paid for in full prior to shipping.
KLD Distributors, Inc will put forth its best efforts however we cannot guarantee that your order will ship that same day. Generally it takes one to two business days for us to process an order (prior to shipping it). Once the order has shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by your selected shipping method. Please check your local FedEx, UPS, or USPS guidelines for delivery.
We do not combine orders for you over the phone. However, if you call us before your orders are processed we can cancel your orders so you can place a single order for all the items you want. Please understand that we cannot cancel an order once it has been processed by our warehouse.
- Will all of my items be shipped in one box?
Depending on the size and availability of the items you ordered we may have to ship your items from multiple locations in order to get your items to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Yes we do, via one of our carrier options provided at checkout.

Any attempt to install or repair a system without an EPA license could result in a very large fine. · KLD Distributors, Inc. does not guarantee we will provide technical support for any part or equipment purchased. If you are unfamiliar with anything we sell please seek help from a professional.
· All warranties are guaranteed by the manufacturers and are to be directed to the specific manufacturers or authorized service center. KLD Distributors, Inc. does NOT warranty or guarantee any item we sell.
· All customers understand that each manufacturer has the right to deny any warranty claim made based on the manufacturer’s determination. KLD Distributors, Inc. will not be held liable in the event a warranty is denied by the manufacturer.
· KLD Distributors, Inc. has a NO return policy on all electrical and electronic parts.
· KLD Distributors, Inc. assumes no liability for incidental, consequential or other liability from any purchase or information we provide.
